This role is fundamental to delivering English language education to young learners, fostering their confidence, and contributing to the company’s mission of international career development and cultural exchange through teaching.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Instruct English to young learners aged 3–16 in an engaging, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Curriculum Delivery: Present high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital learning tools.
• Student Development: Provide constructive feedback to students, guiding them to build confidence in their English language skills.
• Engagement: Participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to foster a vibrant learning community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required. This position is suitable for entry-level candidates, including recent graduates or those seeking a career change.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is necessary, as full training and ready-made teaching materials are provided.
• Skills: A valid passport from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa; a genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange; the ability to deliver engaging, high-energy lessons; and a clean background check.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is considered a plus, and sponsorship for certification is available if needed.
