What You’ll Actually Do
• Orientation: Participate in a comprehensive initial orientation designed to provide insights into BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, while gaining an understanding of the day-to-day life of an Analyst.
• Team Integration: Following orientation, integrate into an assigned team, where you will be empowered to connect your personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles, and purpose.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous, ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support and enhance your capabilities throughout the two-year program.
