Full Charge Accountant | Custom Wheel Solutions, LLC – CWS Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is a full-time or “in house” independent contractor role for Custom Wheel Solutions, LLC – CWS Manufacturing. Our company serves as a contract manufacturer, providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for private label manufacturing in Southeast Asia. We handle everything from product development, engineering, tooling, and validation, to certifications, logistics, and quality inspections. This critical position ensures the accurate management of the company’s financial health, overseeing all books, financial statements, purchase orders, inventory, and cash flow.

• Mission: Responsible for managing the company’s core financial operations, including books, financial statements, purchase order activity, inventory management, and cashflow.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Books: Take responsibility for managing the company’s financial books.
• Statements: Oversee and manage the company’s financial statements.
• Purchase Orders: Take charge of all purchase order activity.
• Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Cashflow: Prepare and manage cashflow statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• Experience: Proven capability in independently managing comprehensive financial operations, including books, financial statements, purchase orders, inventory, and cashflow.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with staff in a supportive manner, combined with an excellent ability to understand the company’s daily business activities.
• Bonus: Experience in the manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, and logistics industry.
