What You’ll Actually Do
• Driver Communications & Relations: Communicate daily with a team of drivers, developing strong relationships, serving as their main point of contact for road-related issues, and supporting their professional growth to ensure smooth operations.
• Freight Delivery Management: Monitor, track, and ensure the on-time delivery of all freight shipments, confirming adherence to schedules and operational targets.
• Safety & Compliance: Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Collaborative Goal Achievement: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and initiatives, fostering an integrated approach to operational success.
• Leadership Support & Issue Resolution: Assist leadership with special projects as needed, take on additional responsibilities, and timely escalate critical issues for effective resolution.

• Background: Entry-Level. This role requires relevant experience in sales or management within the transportation industry, demonstrating a clear track record of achievement and the potential to lead by example within an operational setting.
• Experience: Proven ability to think creatively to overcome challenges, paired with excellent prioritization skills essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
