This is a full-time Floor Clerical role situated at Walmart’s Supply Chain Fulfillment Center #4124, located at 1015 Hixson Blvd, Lebanon, TN. Walmart operates an extensive global retail and logistics network, where fulfillment centers serve as pivotal hubs for the efficient movement of goods across its vast supply chain. This position is integral to maintaining the operational efficiency and accuracy within the Lebanon facility, focusing on the administrative and support tasks that underpin various freight handling operations, which directly contribute to the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers.

• Pay: $20.8–$28.3 hourly, with potential for additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed) may also lead to premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
• Available Shifts: Weekday – 1st, Weekend – 4th, Weekend – 5th
• Mission: To provide essential clerical and administrative support for all freight handling processes, including receiving, unloading, processing, orderfilling, and shipping, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within Supply Chain Fulfillment Center #4124 to maintain the seamless flow of goods.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Receiving Documentation: Accurately record and manage documentation for all incoming freight and merchandise, ensuring compliance with receiving procedures at the fulfillment center.
• Processing Support: Provide administrative assistance for the various stages of freight processing, including inventory updates and preparing items for storage or transfer.
• Order Fulfillment Clerical Tasks: Support the orderfilling process by managing associated paperwork, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely preparation of goods.
• Shipping Administration: Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for outgoing shipments, including manifests, labels, and tracking information, ensuring efficient dispatch from the facility.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Input data related to freight movement and inventory levels into relevant systems, contributing to accurate tracking and reporting within the supply chain.
