Fraud Support Analyst (Entry Level, Contract to Hire)

TEKsystems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an Entry Level Fraud Support Analyst opportunity. This is a fully onsite Contract to Hire position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a bachelor’s degree required. You will be instrumental in ensuring financial security by detecting and preventing fraud.

About the Role

As a Fraud Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in a 24x7x365 operation, providing essential fraud support. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, manage tickets, and assist the Fraud Support Center in assessing and evaluating transactional alerts for potential fraud. A key aspect of this role involves troubleshooting and problem-solving for clients encountering difficulties with retail applications on the company’s website.

You will act as a crucial liaison between the Fraud Support Center, various business units, and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing customer contact via approved methods (calls, email, web portal), prioritizing interactions, and meticulously documenting all pertinent information according to company standards. This role requires conducting thorough research to provide resolutions or escalate issues, leveraging operational runbooks and documented knowledge articles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consume and manage inbound/outbound communications through ticket creation and management.
  • Provide 24x7x365 fraud support, including working holidays.
  • Assist in assessing, evaluating, and making decisions on transactional alerts for potential fraud.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve for clients experiencing difficulties with retail applications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Fraud Support Center, other business units, and clients.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position, fully onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. While the primary location is Pittsburgh, PA, candidates may also be considered for Birmingham, AL.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.
