This is an entry-level role at NextGen | GTA, a Kelly Telecom Company, located in Overland Park, KS. As a telecommunications provider, NextGen | GTA delivers essential services to its customers. This role is crucial for protecting the company and its customers by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, ensuring the integrity of accounts and transactions. You will play a key part in maintaining trust and security within the customer base and operational processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigations: Conduct investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities across various platforms.
• Verification: Verify customer identities and authenticate customer information for security and compliance.
• Analysis: Analyze account activity, orders, and transactions to detect potential fraud indicators.
• Resolution: Review and resolve fraud alerts, escalations, and suspicious activities efficiently.
• Documentation: Document findings thoroughly and maintain accurate case records for all investigations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud, Customer Service, Call Center, Risk, or Investigations; experience handling customer interactions via phone; experience working in a Windows-based environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience with Fraud Detection & Prevention, Identity Verification / Customer Authentication, Fraud Investigations, Risk Assessment, Case Management, Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, or Process Improvement.
