FP&A Analyst | Varonis

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Produce weekly KPI reports, providing clear insights into business performance, trends, and variances.
• Support: Support the quarter-end process by preparing regional business reviews and management reporting packages.
• Analysis: Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analyses to support strategic initiatives and management decision-making.
• Automation: Build, improve, and automate reporting and analytical workflows using tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Salesforce.
• Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Leadership, to ensure alignment between financial performance and business objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of FP&A experience.
• Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically for financial modeling, managing large data sets, and performing complex analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, enabling comfortable and effective interaction with leadership.
• Highly responsible, detailed-oriented, and organized, demonstrating strong attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively leverage them to improve analytical processes, reporting, and business-driving decisions.
• Comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and offering alternative perspectives, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity to develop thoughtful, data-backed analysis.
• Bonus: Experience ideally within a SaaS environment.
