The TL;DR

• Pay: $80000–$90000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Successfully implement and lead production performance improvement projects, offering support to the engineering department in areas such as safety, environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve current processes, manage industrial and manufacturing excellence projects, and ensure process safety and product quality within the unit.
• Method Improvement: Evaluate current work procedures and methods, then propose, test, and implement improvements or new techniques, while also providing specialized maintenance tasks and expertise.
• Investment Project Management: Interact and work with investment projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and controlling the production of engineering deliverables.
• Research & Innovation: Deploy the research and innovation strategy for a specific perimeter and potentially manage and deliver a portfolio of R&I projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering obtained between December 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Successful completion of an internship or co-op assignment in relevant environments, such as Specialty Chemical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Food & Beverage industries. Demonstrated commitment to participating in a rotational program that requires relocation for assignments lasting 18-24 months.
• Skills: Fluency in English, ability to solve complex engineering problems, strong analytical skills.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0. Familiarity with SAP or PI Process books. Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
