What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Develop engineering solutions for water projects.
• Inspection: Conduct and monitor site inspections.
• Collaboration: Participate in project and client meetings.
• Documentation: Refine technical designs and project documentation.
• Analysis: Analyze reports and project specifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
• Skills: Creative and methodical problem-solving, proficient communication and presentation skills, and an ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Bonus: Successful completion of the EIT exam, or eligibility to take it within 12 months.
