Foundation Team Representative (Sales Trainee) | Infor
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Infor, located in Atlanta, GA. Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, building complete industry suites in the cloud that efficiently deploy technology, prioritize user experience, leverage data science, and integrate easily into existing systems. This Foundation Team Representative role is an early career opportunity within a sales development program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to transition into Business Development Representative positions, preparing them for the front lines of Infor’s Americas Field Organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learning: Learn sales methodology and the art of customer engagement through a structured training program.
• Development: Develop professional skills and demonstrate value through hands-on learning.
• Knowledge Building: Build core knowledge in Infor’s industry solutions and develop functional or technical skill sets relevant to the business.
• Engagement: Engage in hands-on learning through shadowing experienced professionals, contributing to the business, and participating in customer interactions.
• Support: Support Infor’s field teams by applying learned knowledge about solutions, targeted verticals, and sales strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Eligible for full-time employment for October 2026. Must be enrolled in or have completed a degree, certification program, or workforce training program.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Preferred Majors: Human Resource, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or Sales. Relevant experience or internships in prospecting, inside sales, business development, direct sales, or IT consulting. Enterprise Resource Planning background or cursory knowledge in similar business applications.
