What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspections: Conduct routine safety and sanitation inspections across all food and beverage locations.
• Reporting: Document findings and communicate inspection results to management through detailed reports.
• Compliance Support: Assist in identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance and concern.
• Operational Excellence: Support the department’s commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Attending an accredited college or university, with preferred majors in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, or Food Chemistry.
• Experience: No prior experience specified; supports food safety and sanitation standards.
• Skills: Food safety auditing, sanitation inspection, compliance reporting.
