Job Summary

As a Food and Consumable Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1375, your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and executing creative merchandising strategies. This role involves efficiently moving incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor and developing engaging seasonal display features to meet customer demand and enhance their shopping experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
• Available Shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing
