What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support teams in delivering financial market assurance services.
• Participate: Participate in projects focused on financial reporting and decision-making processes.
• Conduct: Conduct research and perform basic tasks to assist in audit and advisory services.
• Apply: Apply accounting policies and ensure compliance with accounting standards in assigned tasks.
• Monitor: Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with team members to navigate complex financial instruments and market challenges.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation. This is an entry-level client service intern role, typically for students in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program.
• Experience: Must meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment before starting full-time.
• Skills: At least a 3.0 overall GPA, foundational understanding of accounting policies and standards, ability to conduct research, and a learning mindset.
• Bonus: Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA, experience leveraging AI for efficiencies, prior participation in financial markets assurance projects, or supporting financial reporting tasks.
