The Tone:
This is a full-time, rotational program at Flowserve Corporation, located initially in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Understanding: Begin with comprehensive onboarding, customer engagement, and site visits to gain a deep understanding of Flowserve’s business, culture, and global footprint.
• Strategic Planning: Complete tailored rotations focused on strategic planning and business transformation, shaping the company’s future direction.
• Product Management: Manage product portfolios and lifecycles, gaining hands-on experience in product strategy and development within industrial technology.
• Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in operational excellence and supply chain strategy, contributing to efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
• Leadership Development: Engage in enterprise-wide strategic projects, receive executive mentorship, and participate in programming designed to prepare for future general management roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA degree completed by Spring 2027, with an undergraduate STEM background (Engineering, Science, or related fields).
• Experience: 3–6 years of prior experience in industrial, operations/supply chain, product management, or commercial roles.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential, strategic thinking, strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, comfort with ambiguity, willingness to travel and relocate for assignments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies; experience working in cross-functional or global teams; passion for innovation and operational excellence.
