What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Maintain accurate, up-to-date calculations and records of fixed assets and related accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare: Prepare accurate journal entries in a timely manner, including depreciation expense, asset transfers, and dispositions.
• Reconcile: Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts during the month-end close process.
• Analyze: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital expenditure.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and classify construction-in-progress and project-related costs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or other relevant professional capacity (preferred).
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets, ability to communicate with various levels of management, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Bonus: Experience working with Accounting software is preferred.
