Analyst-Revenue Quality | FedEx Freight

This is a full-time role at FedEx Freight, located in Memphis, TN. As a leading provider of less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping across North America, FedEx Freight is committed to efficiency and service excellence. This Analyst-Revenue Quality position is critical for supporting the financial health of the organization by maintaining robust revenue quality post-implementation. The role focuses on the precise management of customer pricing agreements, ensuring accurate contract implementation, and upholding high quality standards, directly contributing to sound financial analysis and strategic guidance for management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pricing Management: Utilizing FedEx Freight and enterprise systems, update, maintain, and audit customer pricing information, focusing on revenue growth and overall quality standards within the post-implementation phase.
• Revenue Assurance: Execute audits to ensure accurate revenue capture across various operational and financial processes.
• Financial Analysis: Under direct supervision, participate in the preparation and comprehensive analysis of data derived from multiple financial and operational systems, effectively summarizing findings and presenting results to management.
• Strategic Planning Support: Provide essential support for the production of financial forecasts, annual business plans, and long-range strategic plans, carefully incorporating current and historical information to align with company financial objectives.
• Process Development: Develop, use, and maintain processes, information systems, and software, applying financial analysis, data management, and modeling techniques to create new capabilities around key revenue quality performance metrics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales, or business. This is an early career position, suitable for individuals with foundational knowledge in these domains.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, sales, accounting, or operations analysis/management. Preferred experience includes pricing and related analytic skills.
• Skills: Good analytical and critical thinking skills, strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact successfully with all management levels, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and proven problem-solving abilities. Candidates must also demonstrate project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include LTL (Less Than Truckload) Rating Logic and Rating Systems experience, Business Requirements writing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
