Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply our established systems, workflows, and offerings.
  • Speak with prospective clients who have requested information, initiating the client engagement process.
  • Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom, assessing client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence, ensuring full understanding of products and services.
  • Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain performance standards aligned with company expectations for client satisfaction and sales metrics.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and licensing guidelines, upholding professional and ethical standards.
  • Attend ongoing virtual trainings and team meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through inbound interest and company-supported referral channels.
  • Help households secure solutions that fit their goals and circumstances, specializing in life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement planning.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related client-facing field is helpful but not required.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management), and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve performance and skills.
  • Professional, confident presence on calls and video meetings, representing the agency positively.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability to address client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
  • Reliable computer, phone, and internet access to facilitate remote work.
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (support provided for eligible candidates).
  • Availability to accommodate client schedules, which may include some evenings or weekends.
