Intern – Financial Solutions (Fall 2026) | Epiroc
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Epiroc, located onsite. Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining & construction customers, accelerating the transformation toward a sustainable society. They develop and provide innovative and safe equipment, such as drill rigs, rock excavation and construction equipment, tools, and solutions for automation, digitalization, and electrification. This role is crucial for supporting the structuring process of financial transactions with both internal and external clients, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the financial services department.
The TL;DR

• Mission: Responsible for supporting the structuring process of financial transactions with both internal and external clients, including asset security, complete process documentation, collections, and invoicing.
• Tech Stack: Excel, LeasePlus/Aspire leasing software, PowerBI, AI tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide customer service and administration, including registration, problem resolution, and payment processing.
• Claims Management: Actively work with claims and the indemnification process where applicable.
• Contract Compliance: Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements.
• Customer Relations: Serve as a primary contact for customers across the US and Canada.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Draft contractual documents and ensure that final contract documents are accurate and consistent with approvals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. Graduate or Senior Undergraduate students preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Experience: Excel proficiency required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized with a methodical approach to work, goal-oriented and self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to collaborate effectively, and able to bring creative solutions to improve financing processes.
• Bonus: LeasePlus/Aspire leasing software experience, PowerBI experience, and familiarity with AI tools to create agents for process improvements.
