Compensation
- Earning Potential: $100,000 + at plan earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and educate clients on financial planning to prepare for unexpected life events.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with individuals and families to help them pursue financial security.
- Grow your professional network by actively participating in your community and professional groups.
- Drive client acquisition with a goal of adding 50 new clients annually.
- Work with business owners to implement employee retention and succession planning strategies.
- Continuously increase your knowledge within the financial industry by following New York Life’s training curriculum and achieving specializations.
- Help clients implement financial recommendations using products such as life insurance, savings plans, and mutual funds.
- Assess client financial needs, goals, cash flow, and expectations using a CRM to create individualized financial plans.
- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent calendar management skills.
- Valid life and health license preferred, but we can assist with obtaining it.
- Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/66 preferred, but not required.
