The company’s mission is to become the leading talent partner for NYC startups, aiming to evolve into a trusted advisor that holds equity in the companies it works with. This Sales Consultant role is pivotal to Hirewithatlas’s growth, offering the opportunity to actively shape your own market, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and directly influence the company’s strategic direction.

• Mission: Drive client acquisition and candidate placements to fuel the growth of the recruitment startup.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Win new clients by pitching Hirewithatlas to Founders and C-level decision makers.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate fees and close contracts for recruitment services with new clients.
• Candidate Management: Take interviews with candidates and facilitate their placement into new roles.
• Relationship Building: Build and manage your own portfolio of long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Outreach: Conduct cold outreach and diligent follow-ups to generate new leads and foster growth.

• Background: Professional background in sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly quotas in any industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort with cold outreach and diligent follow-ups.
• Skills:
