This FP&A Intern role is a key opportunity to gain direct exposure to core financial planning and analysis functions, supporting the company’s financial health and strategic decision-making. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Data Management: Access and download critical financial data from various internal and external sources, continuously seeking and implementing automation opportunities for recurring data outputs to enhance efficiency.
• Budget Reconciliation: Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of spending and headcount against established budgets, preparing actuals reporting and performing detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Forecasting & Projections: Analyze financial trends and develop robust financial projections, providing forward-looking insights that inform strategic business planning.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and distribute a range of standardized and customized financial reports tailored for Taulia management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Metrics: Track essential performance data across various operational areas, summarizing findings and insights in a clear and concise manner for different internal audiences.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Actively participate in and support various other ad hoc finance and accounting projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a current university student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, ready to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical business setting.
• Experience: While no specific years are required, the ideal candidate will exhibit initiative, self-motivation, and a drive to learn, with flexibility to work on diverse projects.
• Skills: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, a proficient command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior work experience with responsibilities in finance or accounting is beneficial, along with familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
