This is a full-time, hybrid role at Federal Express Corporation, situated in either Memphis, TN, or Pittsburgh, PA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Financial Strategy: Provide technical direction and project leadership for the analysis of diverse business proposals, contributing to the development of comprehensive business and strategic plans.
• Advise Senior Management: Offer ongoing financial technical advice to senior management, effectively representing Finance’s perspective and influencing management direction.
• Drive Problem Solving: Demonstrate creativity and initiative in analyzing complex business issues, anticipating potential situations, and proposing actionable solutions, including navigating open-ended assignments.
• Ensure Quality & Timeliness: Consistently meet deadlines and self-manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to quality and initiating improvement processes.
• Cultivate Collaboration & Communication: Proactively keep all parties and Finance Leadership informed, adapt messaging for diverse audiences, and use diplomacy when presenting or working through issues, while also training and mentoring fellow staff.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline. A master’s degree in a related field may offset experience requirements.
• Experience: Five (5) years of directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Skills: Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills; understanding of financial modeling concepts for cost/benefit and profit/loss analysis; ability to define problems, recognize alternatives, and provide concise recommendations.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Azure, GCP- Google Cloud Platform, and SQL – User Query.
