The position is essential for ensuring financial accuracy and driving operational efficiency by meticulously managing costs, billing, accounting processes, and capital expenditures.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Management: Support cost tracking and financial accuracy for parts, labor, and third-party spend within maintenance functions.
• Billing Support: Execute billing support activities, including sales order creation, invoice generation, and tracking billed versus unbilled amounts.
• Accounting Close Assistance: Assist with monthly accounting close, including expense cutoff reviews, accrual tracking, and reconciliations.
• Capital Expenditure Management: Actively manage capital expenditures (CAPEX), supporting asset setup and financial analyses for equipment requests.
• Financial Reporting: Produce recurring profitability, forecasting, and trend analyses to inform operational and financial decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; early career level.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends; excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management capabilities; proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
