What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Administration & Bookkeeping: Maintain accounting records and process financial transactions for multiple organizations using QuickBooks, Excel, and related systems.
• Administrative Operations: Monitor shared email accounts, track projects and operational activities, and maintain business and organizational documentation.
• Executive Support: Provide direct support to company leadership, organizing priorities, preparing materials, and coordinating activities across various projects and organizations.
• Office Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and welcoming visitors.
• Process Management: Coordinate with external professionals like accountants and auditors, monitor financial workflows, and identify discrepancies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational bookkeeping and basic accounting knowledge.
• Experience: Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and documentation abilities, strong written and verbal communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with ClickUp and SharePoint, supporting multiple companies or organizations, and experience with nonprofit, LLC, real estate, or small-business bookkeeping.
