• Team: This role leads and supervises 1-2 junior level Finance professionals, focusing on coaching, coordination, and delegation of operational work responsibilities, under the guidance of financial management.
• Mission: Own accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Tech Stack: Excel, SAP, ERP systems
What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting: Prepare and analyze 3-12 month business forecasts, including mobile device sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGS, and overhead expenses, alongside monitoring market changes to support management’s financial visibility.
• Month-End Close: Support month-end closing by assisting with the SAP Controlling (CO) module to ensure accurate revenue/COGS recognition and proper expense allocation across profit segments and cost centers.
• Financial Reporting: Create and deliver financial reports as needed, ensuring their accuracy and punctuality for management review.
• Inter-Company Coordination: Coordinate monthly inter-company transaction activities and follow up on requests to maintain appropriate margin levels for the HQ Support Division.
• Project Support: Provide assistance on finance or administrative projects and ad-hoc assignments from financial management, such as royalty calculations or litigation-related financial data preparation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, for a financial analyst position that involves supervising and coaching 1-2 junior finance professionals.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience specifically in financial analysis, forecasting, or related financial roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and trends, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and prior experience in financial or operational analysis is preferred.
