Financial Analyst | Bridge Investment Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bridge Investment Group. Bridge Investment Group is a leading real estate investment platform, managing a diverse portfolio of properties and investment funds, including Bridge Logistics Properties. This Financial Analyst position is a crucial part of the Finance team, where you will ensure that all Bridge Logistics Properties’ financial reporting, loan compliance, and investor reporting deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Your contributions will directly support senior management, lenders, partners, and investors, making a tangible impact on the success of Bridge Logistics Properties.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Loan Compliance and Reporting: Review loan documents for compliance, monitor ongoing requirements, and assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial analysis for lenders.
• Strategic Financial Analysis: Develop and prepare various analytical reports to support deal pipeline reporting and ad hoc analyses related to business strategy.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as a primary liaison between Property Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A teams for the Bridge Logistics Properties vertical.
• Operational Process Enhancement: Create and maintain process documentation for property-level and corporate payables, loan administration, and asset management to streamline operations.
• Investor Reporting Support: Assist the Fund Reporting team with quarterly and annual investor reporting for the flagship funds.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
• Experience: 2+ years of post-undergraduate experience, preferably in a financially related role.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with commercial real estate loan documents and borrower compliance; real estate experience; experience with Yardi, Yardi Construction Manager, and Yardi Debt Manager modules.
