What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Proposals: Conduct accurate and timely savings and opportunity analyses for vendor pricing proposals to identify potential cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Process Data: Perform thorough data cleansing and analysis of complex purchase histories, drawing from both Requests for Information and internal data sources.
• Support Negotiations: Provide essential analytical support to Sourcing and Account Management teams throughout the vendor negotiation process.
• Communicate Findings: Effectively communicate financial analysis results, including detailed insights and recommendations, to both finance and sourcing team leads.
• Manage Agreements: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files associated with contracting projects and systematically evaluate price and product amendments to existing purchasing agreements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or healthcare.
• Experience: Entry-level experience suitable for a Financial Analyst I position, involving the application of financial principles to support operational and contracting activities.
• Skills: Financial analysis, data analysis, clear communication of complex financial information, meticulous attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy, and collaborative teamwork.
