This role is crucial for supporting the company’s financial health by contributing to reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring department leaders have the data needed to manage their operations effectively.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Support monthly financial analysis and reporting activities with precision and clarity.
• Planning: Contribute to the company’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Partnership: Work with department leaders to help them manage their budgets and KPIs effectively.
• Reporting: Produce detailed, accurate, and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an effective partner to department leaders and other key stakeholders in the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or another relevant area.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or other relevant area.
• Skills: Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets; effective communication with Finance team members and stakeholders; attention to detail; self-starter with natural curiosity; moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Bonus: Telecom industry knowledge or experience; experience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., D365, Power BI).
