What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights that support strategic business decision-making.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide critical financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, along with financial performance analysis.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance oversight and strengthen internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
• Process Enhancement: Enhance reporting processes and drive automation initiatives for efficiency improvements.
• Business Growth: Contribute to the company’s continued growth through accurate financial analysis and data-driven decision making.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. This is an Early Career role requiring a foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to clearly communicate financial information and insights to diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include a degree concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and prior internship or academic exposure to financial analysis or corporate finance. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), financial reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Hyperion), month-end close processes, SOX compliance, or budgeting and forecasting analysis is a plus. Progress toward professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is also valued.
