What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial reports, summarizing key performance indicators and profitability across practice groups, offices, and individual attorneys.
• Financial Package Support: Support financial managers in designing and preparing the monthly financial reporting package, participating in review calls with senior management and addressing follow-up actions.
• Data Management: Configure specifications to accurately and efficiently extract data from the firm’s financial reporting software, and perform ongoing audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with reporting procedures.
• Financial Operations: Assist with the annual budgeting process, conduct analysis of lateral hires, and support the maintenance of the firm’s financial software and reporting tools.
• Inquiry Resolution: Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve inquiries related to financial matters, collaborating with internal team members and cross-functional departments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a finance, accounting, or consulting-related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with financial reporting software, and strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, maintain confidential information, rapidly acquire new concepts and skills, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
