The Tone:
This is a full-time role at WME | William Morris Endeavor, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position seeks a versatile Financial Analyst to support core FP&A functions, manage financial systems administration, and contribute to the development of emerging AI-enabled workflows. This hands-on opportunity provides growing ownership across planning, reporting, and financial systems, playing a key part in adopting AI-driven capabilities within the finance department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support core budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, along with preparing comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages that include detailed variance analysis and management insights.
• Financial Modeling & Stakeholder Partnership: Maintain and enhance complex financial models, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability, while partnering closely with business stakeholders to gather essential inputs and effectively track financial performance and deliver ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions.
• Systems Administration & Data Integrity: Administer and provide hands-on support for ERP and FP&A systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, Adaptive, Anaplan, or NetSuite, meticulously maintaining data integrity across all systems through data loads, reconciliations, and validation checks.
• Process Optimization & Troubleshooting: Drive continuous process improvements, including the automation of recurring reporting and workflows, manage user access and system configurations, and efficiently troubleshoot system and reporting issues while coordinating with IT and external vendors.
• AI & Automation Enablement: Actively support the development and deployment of AI-enabled tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting efficiency, identifying practical use cases for automation and contributing to the integration and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud AI capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a hybrid finance/systems role, with hands-on experience using ERP and/or FP&A systems such as SAP S/4HANA or other Cloud ERP platforms. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades (including data migration, testing, or process design) is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling capabilities with a focus on accuracy and scalability; demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across systems, including reconciliations and validation checks; aptitude for troubleshooting system and reporting issues, along with managing user access and system configurations; and a reliable execution mindset balancing analytical rigor with practical systems and process execution.
• Bonus: Familiarity with data and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL or scripting is a plus; interest in or direct experience with AI/automation tools in a finance context, particularly contributing to AI-enabled financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
