What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide business operations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, trends, and business results to identify key insights.
• Modeling & Reporting: Build and maintain complex financial models, create comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
• Month-End & Variance: Support FP&A and month-end reporting activities, performing variance analysis and identifying business opportunities.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with leadership on strategic planning initiatives, assist with ad hoc financial analysis, and improve financial reporting processes and analytical tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Bonus: Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Dashboard Development, KPI Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Visualization, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
