What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytics & Reporting: Conduct data analytics and create reports to provide business and functional teams with the necessary information for decision-making.
• Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance manager to develop the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, incorporating insightful analysis and business knowledge.
• P&L Support: Provide timely information and analysis to other finance areas, such as segment finance, to enhance their understanding of the Profit & Loss statement.
• Data Integrity: Partner with business teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all analysis, forecasts, and results commentary.
• Process Improvement: Enhance existing processes to utilize the best methodologies and ensure full compliance with Deluxe policies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or Statistics. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED combined with 4 years of experience in finance.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities are essential for this role.
• Bonus: Strong communication and presentation skills are preferred qualifications.
