What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial support and in-depth analysis to the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports critical for business oversight.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Play a key role in the preparation and thorough review of financial statements, annual budgets, and forward-looking forecasts, contributing to sound financial planning.
• Operational Efficiency & Improvement: Actively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency within the department.
• Strategic Data Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights that directly support strategic decision-making processes for the Consumer Banking Group’s initiatives.
• Special Project Contributions: Participate actively in various special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned, contributing valuable support and expertise to achieve broader departmental success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is required, providing a strong academic foundation in core financial principles and practices.
• Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in a financial support capacity or a business analysis role, showcasing practical application of financial concepts within a corporate environment.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
