What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed variance and trend analysis, along with key financial metrics.
• Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models to support critical budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and meticulously analyze financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, identifying critical trends and areas requiring attention.
• Strategic Support: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to inform and support key business decisions, covering product line profitability, capital expenditures, and operational efficiency projects.
• Operational Insight: Provide essential decision support to various functional areas, including manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain, enhancing operational effectiveness.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience specifically in financial analysis. Practical experience within a manufacturing environment.
