What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including variance and trend analysis against budget, prior year, and forecast.
• Planning: Facilitate monthly forecasting efforts and manage the annual budgeting process across all operational and functional units.
• Analysis: Provide comprehensive analytical and ad-hoc reporting support to all levels of management for problem-solving.
• Integrity: Ensure the integrity of financial reporting software by working with external consultants and performing ongoing testing.
• Strategy: Identify competitive trends and developments, presenting key findings to senior management for strategic insights.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, preparing you for a mid-senior level financial analysis role.
• Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication; advanced proficiency in MS Excel; highly organized, deadline-oriented, and possess high attention to detail; ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management.
• Bonus: A Master’s Degree is a plus.
