• Team: Corporate Finance team, partnering with Internal Audit
• Mission: This role supports global accounting and reporting activities to ensure the accuracy of financial data and maintain strong financial integrity.
• Tech Stack: Oracle FCCS, SAP HANA, Microsoft Excel
What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and support the monthly close of corporate general ledger accounts, including reviewing transactional entries and posting manual journal entries as needed.
• Intercompany Processes: Manage intercompany billing processes between corporate and divisions and ensure the accuracy of consolidated intercompany balances.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial reports for corporate departments and discuss results with department leaders.
• Performance Publication: Publish monthly global and divisional performance reports for executive leadership.
• Forecasting Support: Support monthly forecasting activities and load corporate department financial plans into consolidation systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, forecasting, or a related role, with a preference for experience with consolidation systems such as Oracle FCCS or SAP HANA.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong communication skills to present financial information clearly.
• Bonus: CPA designation or CPA track, experience with global consolidation and intercompany accounting processes, exposure to corporate accounting, internal controls, or internal audit support, and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
