The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for various monthly and annual financial analysis functions, playing a key part in supporting the company’s strategic financial planning and robust reporting objectives. What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecast: Proactively prepare and update weekly financial forecasts, providing critical data points and projections to support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Reporting: Provide essential assistance in the meticulous monthly reporting of financial results, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders and contributing to transparent financial communication.
• Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data pertinent to quarterly and annual financial statements, identifying trends, variances, and key insights that inform management and strategic planning.
• Improvement: Take the lead in implementing and driving process improvements within the corporate FP&A area, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall departmental capabilities.
• Planning: Execute a range of critical monthly and quarterly financial planning and analysis functions, including detailed variance analysis and performance monitoring, to support the company’s financial health and growth.

• Background: Candidates should possess a solid foundational understanding of corporate finance or accounting principles, making them well-suited for comprehensive financial analysis within a corporate setting.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience gained within a corporate finance or accounting department, demonstrating practical application of financial concepts.
• Skills: Must exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data, alongside excellent written communication skills for clear reporting and effective interpersonal skills for collaborative team environments.
