• Mission: Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models, enabling informed decision-making, and driving business growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Analysis: Provide analysis, insight, and context to support regional operations management and assist in the strategic planning process.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly variance analyses for business unit regions, explaining differences against budgeted, forecasted, and historical figures.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and assist in preparing long- and short-range financial forecasts, budgets, and financial projections, ensuring methodology consistency across regions.
• Business Case Development: Assess financial risk and collaborate with regions to build robust business cases for any investment brought forward by regional management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Sales, and Marketing, serving as a trusted advisor to provide financial insights and guide data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in finance.
• Skills:
• Technical accounting skills and a strong understanding of budgeting and planning techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear presentation of financial information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to understand overall business operations and perform comprehensive analytical reviews.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to build relationships with leaders across the organization.
• Bonus: CPA preferred
