This Financial Analyst role is critical for providing strategic financial insights that directly inform business decisions, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and driving the company’s financial health and growth. You will act as a key strategic partner, translating financial data into actionable intelligence for leadership across various business units.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Operational Alignment: Participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to ensure alignment between sales and operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Budget Management: Work directly with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and manage departmental budgets.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor major performance indicators such as revenues, margins, and expenses to identify business risks and opportunities that drive strategic business decisions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present management financial statements to leadership to drive profitable decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience required. Experience with ERP and EPM systems required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, budgeting, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and performance indicator monitoring.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI.
