What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Own monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Lead: Direct forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner: Collaborate with operations to identify cost savings, improve profitability, and drive efficiencies.
• Analyze: Support capital planning and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Improve: Champion standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant finance/FP&A experience.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; excellent communication and business partnering capabilities; proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Bonus: Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
