Job Description

This role is designed for a dedicated professional responsible for delivering specialized and personalized financial services. You will provide expert advice and guidance to financial center clients across the entire spectrum of borrowing and banking solutions, tailored to each stage of their life plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new client relationships and deepening existing ones.
  • Conducting thorough client meetings to understand their financial aspirations.
  • Presenting customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Success in this position requires effectively balancing robust sales performance, diligent operational risk management, and exceptional client relationship care, all while leveraging your specialized expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
  • Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client’s unique priorities.
  • Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs.
  • Makes decisions on client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
  • Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates during meetings to assist with team delivery of an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Experience: Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or small business banking.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence clients.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Effective skills in managing the full client end-to-end experience and resolving complex issues.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven history of achieving sales targets.
  • Partnership Building: Ability to establish productive partnerships and working relationships.
  • Outbound Sales: Experience with outbound phone sales.

Desired Qualifications

  • Financial Acumen: Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and strong financial skills.
  • In-Person Service: Experience with in-person customer service and sales.
  • Small Business Focus: Experience working specifically with small business clients.
  • Goal Achievement: Experience meeting or exceeding performance goals.
