Financial Advisor | TD Bank

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TD Bank, located in Boston, MA. This Financial Advisor role is integral to guiding TD Wealth clients through a three-year program, providing essential financial planning guidance and selling investment management solutions to help them achieve their goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Provide financial planning guidance and sell investment management solutions, leveraging experience to service the unique needs of TD Wealth clients.
• Develop: Serve as the central point of contact, developing client relationships to achieve greater share of wallet and maximize profitability.
• Service: Ensure all new and existing clients receive a complete onboarding experience, including thorough discovery, financial needs analysis, and annual reviews.
• Achieve: Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by anticipating client needs and suggesting appropriate Wealth solutions.
• Comply: Execute all business activities in a thorough manner that is compliant with federal, state, SRO regulations, and firm policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with core domain knowledge in financial planning and investment sales.
• Experience: 2+ years of providing advice, planning, and investment sales. Required to have SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and obtain L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) within the Licensing and Registration Schedule.
• Skills: Advanced understanding of wealth products and services, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, consultative sales experience.
• Bonus: Self-directed with a strong ability to plan activities to achieve sales and referral goals, strong understanding of wealth management business development techniques, and a demonstrated ability to establish relationships and partner effectively.
