• Team: Reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis Director, supports the overall Finance Department.
• Mission: Provide comprehensive support to the Financial Planning and Analysis Director and the entire Finance Department.
• Tech Stack: PC, Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Budget Management: Assist with the creation and administration of change order budgets.
• Inventory Operations: Support van inventory cycle counts, analyze data, and manage transfers.
• Expense Verification: Validate expenses specifically for project job costs.
• Trust Validation: Validate expenses pertaining to the prevailing wage trust.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare spend analysis for selected expense accounts and assist with monthly reporting, including general ledger reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position for individuals enrolled in an accredited institution and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting discipline or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required, but proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Skills: PC proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, financial data validation, budget assistance, reporting assistance.
• Bonus: CPA preferred.
