What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoicing: Manage end-to-end invoicing for energy projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract terms.
• Accounts Receivable: Track accounts receivable, conduct customer follow-ups, and perform aging analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Support project-level P&L tracking by maintaining revenue and cost data and assisting with variance analysis.
• Record Keeping: Maintain financial records related to customer contracts, leases, and amendments.
• Process Improvement: Help document and improve finance operations processes as the portfolio scales.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, including internships.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, ability to manage recurring deadlines, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Exposure to invoicing, accounts receivable, or billing processes; interest in energy, infrastructure, or project-based businesses; experience working with financial systems or ERP tools.
