2027 Finance Management Trainee Program | Nestlé
The Tone:
This is a trainee program at Nestlé, located across various U.S. locations with required relocation. Nestlé USA is a large organization delivering beloved brands, like DiGiorno and Coffee mate, to 97% of U.S. households, aiming to delight and deliver for consumers. This role is crucial for future leaders to drive strategic decision-making, translate insights into meaningful actions, and enable business ideas to come to life within the Finance function, supporting some of the world’s most well-known brands.

• Mission: To drive decision-making, translate insights into meaningful actions, and enable great ideas to come to life within Nestlé’s Finance function.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support some of the world’s most well-known brands within the Finance function.
• Embark on a comprehensive 3 ½ year program to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
• Complete an initial rotation in manufacturing finance, followed by two additional rotations across areas like operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance.
• Learn key processes and business strategies through a structured learning journey.
• Develop skills and experience essential for future leadership positions within Nestlé USA.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering, or a 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred. Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization is required.
• Skills: Analytical problem-solving, strong communication, collaborative work ethic, results-orientation, and ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus: Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
