What You’ll Actually Do
• Learning: Actively pursues learning opportunities and builds upon academic foundations, including technical skills and industry knowledge within a corporate environment.
• Analysis: Develops financial models and forecasts financial and non-financial trends to perform analysis of business investments.
• Support: Assists with internal financial planning and management accounting functions across various teams within the CFO Group.
• Presentation: Prepares and presents financial data and analysis to internal business partners and key stakeholders.
• Improvement: Identifies and evaluates opportunities for process improvements across different areas within the CFO Group.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program from an accredited college or university, with a final graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028. Common areas of study include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Analytics, or Information systems (with a finance focus).
• Experience: Leadership experience gained through student organizations, previous internships, or academic projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; basic financial and accounting knowledge (understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting); effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment; and adaptability with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Bonus: A preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
