Finance Finstart Associate | Finastra
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role at Finastra, with a hybrid working arrangement in Atlanta, GA. Finastra is a global leader in financial services software, dedicated to expanding access to financial services and shaping the future of the industry. The company builds mission-critical solutions across Lending, Payments, and Universal Banking, serving over 7,000 customers worldwide. This two-year rotational program is designed to develop future finance leaders who will contribute to the company’s business objectives and gain hands-on experience in a critical function.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build financial models, run scenario analysis, and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity within the business.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reporting for weekly, monthly, or quarterly close requirements with analysis of key drivers, providing business performance assessments.
• Analysis: Utilize data to summarize information, analyze trends, and influence decision-making processes.
• Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement through best practices, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners across Finance and other functions to achieve shared company goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with a degree or equivalent experience/knowledge in Finance or Accounting, and anticipated graduation of May 2026.
• Experience: Prior internships experience preferred.
• Skills: Good mathematical and PC skills, Excel proficiency, interest in the software / technology sector, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
