The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-week paid summer internship at Polaris Inc., with potential locations in Plymouth, MN, Medina, MN, or Wyoming, MN. This finance internship is designed for emerging sophomores, juniors, and seniors, offering impactful project-based assignments that align with business objectives and build foundational skills essential for a successful career.

The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time (40 hours per week for 12 weeks)
• Location: In-person, Plymouth, MN, Medina, MN, or Wyoming, MN
• Pay: $21.00–$28.50 hourly, plus eligibility for overtime
• Mission: Deliver impactful project-based assignments that align with Polaris business objectives within various finance teams.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Complete impactful project-based assignments aligned with business objectives within a specific finance team (e.g., corporate budgeting, cost accounting, or treasury).
• Develop: Participate in a structured professional development program, including weekly learning sessions and mentorship from a dedicated associate.
• Innovate: Collaborate on the Intern Innovation Challenge, a case study where teams present creative solutions to a real Polaris problem to executive leadership.
• Connect: Build your professional network through intentional time with peers and leaders, and attend the Early Talent Summit Week for immersive development and networking.
• Present: Showcase your career aspirations and recap your internship experience during a final presentation to senior-level leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, with an intended graduation date between August 2027 and May 2029. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
• Skills: Ability to commit to a full 12-week internship (40 hours per week) during the specified date ranges (May 17th – August 6th, 2027 or May 31st – August 20th, 2027). Willingness to relocate. Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future. Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting.
• Bonus: Previous internship/co-op experience or involvement in relevant projects. Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership. Strong interest in long-term career development and participation in leadership development programs. Leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom. Completion of at least two years of university coursework.
